Experienced, Effective Representation In Family Law Matters

Beth M. Terry has more than 20 years of experience practicing law in both the private and public sectors. For eight years, she served as a staff attorney for judges in the Seventh Judicial Circuit Court in Volusia County. She gained not only experience, but also an insider's view of how the court works, how judges think and how they arrive at their decisions. She brings that depth of knowledge in her private practice.

Her practice is heavily focused on the family: the ways in which families change over the years; the ways being in the military can affect a divorce; the issues that can arise in the years after a divorce is finalized.

Ms. Terry brings skills, experience and zealous representation to divorces, military divorces and issues related to these processes. She helps clients make educated decisions and identify effective solutions. She represents both men and women, providing professionalism, legal knowledge and a high level of client service.
