Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements

A Prenuptial Agreement is an agreement entered into prior to marriage by future spouses to outline their agreed-upon rights regarding property division, support, and other matters in the event of a divorce or death of a party. These agreements may also be entered into after marriage by spouses, i.e., Post-nuptial Agreement.

Beth M. Terry has prepared many prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and keeps abreast of any changes in the law to best protect your rights. We will provide you the understanding of the law with and without these types of agreements in the event of divorce and death, and draft an agreement to protect your interests and reach the goals of you and your future spouse to be achieved.
