At the law office of Beth M. Terry, P.A., we represent clients in divorce, military divorce and other family law matters throughout Jacksonville and northeast Florida. Attorney Beth Terry represents clients in civilian and military divorces, and we offer legal counsel in related matters including child custody, visitation and child support; paternity; alimony/spousal support; property division; QDROs; and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. In addition, we assist clients with enforcement and modification of existing orders, as well as handle domestic violence, dependency/grandparent's rights, basic estate planning and appeals matters.

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9 to 5, with additional times available by appointment. For your convenience, we offer telephone consultations if you are not able to come to our office.
